Within this precinct are Malaysia’s first Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants, six premier residential towers -TRX Residences, a low-rise large floor plate campus style office, an event ready retail destination and a range of cultural and leisure offers. The lifestyle precinct offers socially immersive experiences with over 400 lifestyle, entertainment and dining outlets, concept stores as well as new to market brands, crowned by an activated 10-acre public park – TRX City Park

About The Speaker
Since 1 July 2018, Stuart has been the Managing Director and Head of Country for Lendlease Malaysia. In this role, Stuart is responsible for overall country leadership and management including strategy, growth, operations, safety, sustainability and human capital. Prior to this, Stuart was the Project Director for Tun Razak Exchange Lifestyle Quarter - a joint venture between Lendlease and TRX City Sdn. Bhd. In this role, he was in charge of the strategy, implementation and resources for the project including Development, Project Management and Construction and Asset Management.
